Scale System Upgrade – Scheduled Downtime Announcement
Sign in to your Scale Account and ensure all your ongoing tenders are completed and exported by 9PM on Friday 9th April 2021 to avoid any inconveniences.
As your needs continue to grow and evolve, it’s sometimes necessary to perform system changes and maintenance activities that may cause downtime. We have a number of updates and upgrades lined up over the coming days to take Scale to the next level. Today, we would like to announce that we have scheduled a Scale system upgrade between 9th to 12th April 2021.
Scale To Be Inaccessible For a Scheduled Maintenance from 9 PM on Friday 09/04/2021 to 7 AM on Monday 12/04/2021.
First, we would like to thank you for your feedback and support which has been invaluable as we built out the MVP. Your feedback has been extremely helpful and the upgrades that we are making will reflect your suggestions on features and the pricing we adopt. We sincerely hope you love the results as much as we do!
What you should do before the Scheduled Downtime
Please note that during the Scale system upgrade period, you will NOT be able to access your Account. Not to worry though. All your information, business settings/preferences, documents uploaded and tender applications (bookmarked, in progress or completed) will remain completely intact and very much secure.
We encourage you to sign in to your Scale Account to ensure that all your Ongoing Tenders are completed and exported before the downtime period i.e 9 PM Friday 09/04/2021 to 7 AM Monday 12/04/2021 in order to avoid any inconveniences.
All operations on the platform will resume immediately after the maintenance period and the platform has been successfully upgraded. You will be duly notified through your Scale account email as well as via social media.
