We are seeking proposals from qualified printing services providers to offer printing services at our various offices in Nairobi and across the country.  We aim to lease a total of 90 printers (both black/white and color printers) for a period of 3 years. Should you be awarded, the contract is expected to begin on 1st July 2025.

Proposal Guidelines
We kindly request that you submit your proposal, including but not limited to the following elements:

○     Certificate of Incorporation

○     Business Permit

○     PIN Certificate 

○     Partnership License with the OEM

○     Integrated Management System Certificate or ISO Certificate (Optional)

○     Signed and Stamped Site Visit Form

○     Certified Audited Accounts: for the last 3 financial years

○     Certified Bank Letter

○     Company Profile: Background information and experience with similar events

○     Staffing and Logistics: Proposed staffing levels, their qualifications and equipment, or supplies you will provide, and any requirements on our end.

○     References: At least three corporate references from previous leasing jobs. Indicate the company name, contact and location.

○     Scope of Work[1] : Provide your proposal inclusive of your response to the Technical Requirements provided below. Include how the printers will be distributed at your cost, not D&S's cost

○     Pricing: Outline your detailed pricing structure, including the pricing requirements provided. Please note that only suppliers who are eTims compliant will be considered for engagement.
