PREQUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLY OF PROBOX SPARE PARTS

Davis and Shirtliff Group invites applications from qualified, reputable, and duly registered suppliers for prequalification for the supply of Probox vehicle spare parts for the required period. The objective is to establish a pool of competent and reliable suppliers capable of providing genuine, high-quality, durable, and competitively priced spare parts to support the maintenance and efficient operation of the Company's Probox fleet.

The prequalified suppliers will be expected to demonstrate adequate technical capability, product availability, competitive pricing, reliable delivery capacity, and compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Supplies shall be made on an as-and-when-required basis in accordance with the Company's specifications and purchase orders.

Scope of Supply may include, but is not limited to:

1) Engine and transmission components
2) Brake system components
3) Suspension and steering parts
4) Electrical and ignition components
5) Filters, belts, bearings, and related consumables
6) Body and exterior parts
7) Cooling system components
8) Genuine/OEM or approved equivalent spare parts
