Tender: Design, Development, Supply & Implementation of a Courier Management System

Nation Courier is NMG's courier and parcel delivery business, operating across Kenya through a network of hubs, distribution partners, and a direct fleet. The business has grown significantly in recent years and currently processes thousands of waybills per month, serving a diverse portfolio of corporate credit accounts and walk-in cash customers across Nairobi, upcountry towns and across borders in Uganda and Tanzania.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and appoint a qualified software vendor to implement a comprehensive, integrated Courier Management System (CMS) to support Courier operations across client onboarding, waybill generation, dispatch, tracking, and proof of delivery, billing, and reporting.
