The Nation Media Group wishes to invite applications from interested, eligible, capable firms for the Request for Proposal for Dry Cleaning Laundry Services

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
Interested suppliers and vendors are required to respond to the proposal through the following procedure:
Log in to our e-procurement platform (www.scale.co.ke/tenders) to review the tender details, pay, and upload the required documents.
Upload all the Requested Documents as follows:

• Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration Certificate
• KRA PIN Certificate
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Company Profile
• At least 3 Client Reference Letters with contact details. Letters should only be from between 2021 to 2024 (not more than 3 years) to be valid.
• Audited Financial Reports for the last 3years
• Your best unit prices exclusive of VAT ( There will be no further Price negotiations)
• Any other information you may deem necessary

The tender documents should be submitted digitally on or before 5 pm on 22nd May 2026. Late submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Any questions/queries regarding the tender should be raised through the Clarifications Inbox available with the platform. Feedback will be provided to all Suppliers via the same inbox.
