Description

Maisha Bora Sacco wishes to invite prequalification applications from interested, eligible, capable firms for the pre-qualification of suppliers and service providers for the period 2026- 2029.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
Interested suppliers and vendors are required to respond to the prequalification through the following procedure:

How to Apply

  • Visit www.scale.co.ke and create a supplier account.
  • Click on Maisha Bora SACCO prequalification under prequalifications.
  • Select the category or categories you wish to apply for.
  • Pay the non-refundable registration fee of KES 3,000 per category through the Scale platform. Scale will issue an automated receipt.
  • Upload all required documents in PDF format against the fields specified in Section III.
  • Complete all mandatory fields and submit your application before 27th May 2026 at 16:30 hrs EAT.
    You will see the status change from draft to submitted upon successful submission.

Upload all the Requested Documents as follows:

  • Certificate of Registration or Incorporation
  • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  • CR12 (Limited Company) or copy of ID(s) (Sole Proprietor / Partnership)
  • Audited Financial Reports for 2024, and 2025
  • Company Profile relevant to the category applied for
  • Three Letters of Recommendation for similar goods, services, or works (issued within the last two years)
  • Additional documents as needed under specific categories.

 

The digital submission of the tender documents closes COB 27th May 2026 at 16:30 hrs EAT. Late submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

All enquiries must be submitted through the Scale platform at www.scale.co.ke . The deadline for questions is seven (7) days before the submission deadline. Responses will be published on Scale and visible to all registered applicants. You may also contact the Procuring Entity at: procurement@maishaborasacco.com.

Each submission via Scale attracts a processing fee of KShs 3,000/= per category, and all payments are to be made on the platform before your bid is submitted.
