Description

We are seeking proposals from qualified cleaning service providers to offer comprehensive office cleaning services at our head office premises along Dundori Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi 

As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy work environment, we are inviting your firm to submit a proposal outlining your capabilities and pricing structure for our consideration. Should you be awarded, the contract is expected to begin in January 2025. 

Proposal submission guidelines
We kindly request that you submit your proposal including but not limited to the following elements

1. Certificate of Incorporation

2. Business Permit

3. Company Profile: Background information and experience with similar events 

4. Staffing and Logistics: Proposed staffing levels and their qualifications and equipment or supplies you will provide and any

requirements on our end.

5. References: At least three corporate references from previous clients.

6. Scope of Work: 

7. Pricing: Outline your pricing structure. All costs should include labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies.

• Any other relevant information 

Viewing Premises 

Interested parties are invited to visit our premises to better understand our cleaning needs. Viewings will be accepted on weekdays only. Please contact us to schedule a suitable time for the visit.

Proposal Submission 

Each tender submission via Scale attracts a processing fee of KShs 500/= and all payments are to be made on the platform before your bid is submitted. 

Any questions/queries regarding the tender should be raised through the Clarifications Inbox available with the platform. Feedback will be provided to all Suppliers via the same inbox.

The Digital submission of the tender documents is MANDATORY and should be submitted on or before 10th December 2024 by 5 PM. 

Late tenders will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
