RFP- Design and Construction of Semi-Permanent Office Structures

We intend to expand our current office space located at Westlands, Muthangari Drive – 19 Kanjata, by developing semi-permanent structures on the available open area within the premises.

We are seeking proposals from qualified interior design and construction firms to support us with:

-Space planning and design concepts
-Construction and installation of semi-permanent office structures
-Partitioning and layout optimisation
-Supporting finishes and fit-out recommendations
To progress with this project, we would like to invite you for a site visit on Friday, 28 November, to assess the space and further discuss the expectations and requirements. After the site visit, we expect a detailed proposal outlining your design approach, timelines, material specifications, and cost estimate.
