Description

CarePay wishes to invite prequalification applications from interested, eligible, capable firms for the pre-qualification of suppliers and service providers for the period 2026 - 2027 in the following categories:- 

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
Interested suppliers and vendors are required to respond to the prequalification through the following procedure:

Log in to our e-procurement platform (www.scale.co.ke/tenders) to review the tender details, pay, and upload the required documents.

Upload all the Requested Documents as follows:

  • Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration Certificate
  • KRA PIN Certificate
  • TAX Compliance
  • Company/Business Profile
  • Reference Letters from Clients
  • Additional documents as needed under specific categories.

The digital submission of the tender documents closes COB 7th January 2026. Late submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

Any questions/queries regarding the tender should be raised through the Clarifications Inbox available with the platform. Feedback will be provided to all Suppliers via the same inbox.
