Oxiron Fabricators Limited is a leading firm in aluminum and glass works, with an expanding portfolio that includes government, corporate, and residential projects. To support its growing operations, the company is setting up a new office and showroom in Westlands, Nairobi. The office will host 15–20 staff, while the showroom will display the company’s fabrication and furnishing solutions.

Oxiron Fabricators Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply, installation, and commissioning of ICT infrastructure and networking solutions for its new showroom and office located in Westlands, Nairobi. The facility will accommodate approximately 15–20 staff members and requires reliable connectivity, security, and communication systems.

Each tender submission via Scale attracts a processing fee of KShs 1,000/= and all payments are to be made on the platform before your bid is submitted.

Submission Requirements:

Interested and qualified suppliers are required to submit the following:

• Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Company profile with experience in ICT infrastructure and networking
• Evidence of at least two comparable ICT projects completed in the last three years
• Detailed financial proposal with delivery and commissioning timelines

Submission Deadline: 

The digital submission of the tender documents is MANDATORY and should be submitted on or before 30th October 2025 before 5:00pm. Late submissions will NOT be considered.
