Expression of Interest For Supply and Delivery of School Uniforms

The supply covers the provision of school uniforms to children who attend different schools across Nairobi County and Kajiado County. The uniforms will be delivered to our designated centers located at:

1. Ngong Ololua Road
2. Kabiria
3. Gataka Road

Each center will place requests based on its needs, and the supplier is expected to deliver the uniforms directly to the requesting center.

Supplier Responsibilities:
The selected supplier will be expected to:

Provide School Uniforms: Ensure availability of a wide range of school uniforms suitable for primary and junior secondary students.

Ascertain Sizing: Before quoting final prices, it will be the responsibility of the supplier to establish the required sizes of the children. This information will not be provided in the Request for Quotation. Suppliers must factor in the cost of determining these sizes as part of their bid.

Timely Delivery: Deliver uniforms promptly to the specific center that placed the request.
