How does someone activate their Scale account?
After registration, you will receive an email requesting you to verify your email. Once you have verified your email address, log onto Scale via www.scale.co.ke and begin to experience a new way of tendering.
Does the email verification request expire?

No. The email request to Verify your Email sent inviting you does not expire. But if you are a logged in user and you request for the verification email to be resent, then all other previous email links become invalid.

We encourage you to verify your email as soon as you receive the email request to ensure you get all important notifications and unlock other incredible features on Scale.

How can one invite their friends and colleagues to join Scale?
Yes. You can refer your friends or anyone else to use the platform by sharing with them the link: www.scale.co.ke You can also directly share with them a tender opportunity that would be great for them using Email, WhatsApp, Twitter, LinkedIn or even Facebook.
After how long will an account be deemed inactive?

Your Scale account will be termed as inactive if there’s no login activity for 3 continuous months.

Once inactive, you can always reactivate your account at any time by logging into the system using your username and password.

How does one get support / assistance while using the platform?

Scale has several avenues through which you can get immediate online support and additional information on how to use the platform:

  • Help Center - Provides a detailed breakdown of the FAQs about Scale as well as guidance on how to use the different features and procurement/ tendering templates available to your benefit.
  • Email Support - We have an advanced ticketing system allowing you to privately reach out to our support team with any details of your technical, billing and account management queries.
  • Live Chat - Directly chat with our support team during official working hours (between 8 AM and 5 PM) to get assistance on any issues affecting your account.
  • Telephone - You can also reach our office at 254-701-225-522 for technical support during official working hours (between 8 AM and 5 PM).
