Yes, Buyers can now use this feature to create highly targeted Requests for Quotations for their list of registered suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the details of the feature updates on Procure;<\/p>\n<h2>1. Management of Digital Bids\/RFQs<\/h2>\n<p>As a Buyer, get rid of the numerous documents and emails involved in creating, publishing, and evaluating your quotations from bidders. We have updated the Request for Quotation (RFQ) section enabling you to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digitally create Requests for Quotations in Four (4) simple steps.<\/li>\n<li>Keep documents with Instructions to Bidders easily accessible and organized in reusable lists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Management of Suppliers<\/h2>\n<p>Based on the initial interactions with the system, we have created a module that you can use to manage the list of suppliers. Further, this can be used to target the same suppliers during the bid preparation a lot easier and simpler for Buyers on Scale. There&#8217;s no need to keep looking for those spreadsheets!<\/p>\n<p>Thus, as a Buyer you can now easily:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create Groups and Categories within which you can organize your suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Add\/Import your existing list of suppliers onto your account directly from excel sheets<\/li>\n<li>Target your added Suppliers directly from the RFQ creation process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we are building next\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>Within the next few weeks, we\u2019ll go live with some of the functionalities that we have <a href=\"https:\/\/scale.co.ke\/blog\/purchase-orders-invoices-suppliers-plus-enhanced-dashboards\/\">within our roadmap<\/a> including:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Autogeneration of Purchase Orders from the winning bid submissions<\/li>\n<li>Direct invoicing from suppliers within the system<\/li>\n<li>An end-to-end process for prequalification of suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>And that&#8217;s not the end of it!
